We have 6 production lines for moulding , painting, assembling, aging test and packing. Production capacity 100-200pcs in 3-5 days, 3000pcs in 15 days.

Aging Test:
Each lamp must pass min.24 hours aging test before we make delivery.

While the up-front cost of LEDs is higher than halogen bulbs, they need to be replaced far less frequently. With halogen bulbs only lasting 1500-2000 hours, an AR111 LED bulb that lasts 35,000hours is a worthy investment. You would need to replace a halogen 17-23 times before replacing one LED bulb.
